D-R 300 - Soot Monitor

Description: The D-R 300 works according to the back scattering principle and has been designed to monitor extremely low soot concentrations in light oil fired plants.
Applications: Measurement of lowest soot concentrations
Sensitivity: 5 g/m3
Compliance: TV approved
Measuring range: Smallest measuring range 0 3 soot number, lowest detection limit 0,005 mg/m3
Flue gas temperature: Above dew point, up to 320C, higher on request
Accuracy: < 2% FS
Measured components: Stray light intensity / soot number
Measuring principle: Back scattering 
Measuring output: 2 analog outputs 0/4...20 mA

D-R 300-40 - Dust Concentration Monitor

Description: The D-R 300-40 works according to the back scattering principle and has been designed to monitor extremely low dust concentrations in various application processes like incinerators, steelworks, cement plants etc.  TV approved according to German Clean Air Act, large combustions and waste incinerators.
Applications: Measurement of lowest dust concentrations
Sensitivity: 0.01 mg/m3
Compliance: TV approved for quantitative emissions monitoring, especially for waste incinerators, GOST
Measuring range: Smallest measuring range 0...1 mg/m3, largest range 0...100 mg/m3
Flue gas temperature: Above dew point, up to 320C, higher on request
Accuracy: < 2% FS

D-R 800 - Dust Concentration Monitor

Description: Where other technologies fail, the D-R 800 measures precisely even lowest dust concentrations by means of scattered light principle integrated into a measuring lance. Mechanical adjustment and alignment on dust free measuring section are not necessary. 
Applications: Monitoring minimal dust concentrations
Measuring range: 0...10/200 mg/m3 
Flue gas temperature: Above dew point, up to 220C, higher on request  
Accuracy: 2% of measuring range

- Combined Monitor (Dust, Flow, Pressure and Temperature)

Description: Single-rod measurement probe for the simultaneous measurement of: Dust concentration [mg/Nm3], Volume flow [Nm3/h], Temperature [C], Absolute pressure [hPa]; Only one probe / mounting aperture in flue-gas duct Operation and evaluation unit can be connected at up to 1000 m distance via bus interface; For measurements according to the TA Luft emission standard, 13., 17. and 27. BImSchV.
Applications: Continuous measurement of dust, flow, temperature and pressure behind filtering systems

F-904
- Beta Gauge Particulate Monitor

Description: The F-904 is an extractive Dust Concentration Monitor for measurement/monitoring of dust concentrations in industrial plants. It has been designed especially for wet stack gases. With a heated sampling system the sample gas will be sucked and the dust sampled on a filter tape. The dilution of the sample gas allows to measure high dust concentrations.
Applications: Coal and oil fired power plants, waste incinerators and waste water sludge incinerators, measurement/monitoring of dust concentration after wet scrubbers, in very wet waste gases in other process applications, heavy metal analysis, measurement of dust concentration in a large range, sampling points on limited mounting positions and small stack diameters; Measurement of Dust Concentration in wet gases.
Sensitivity: < 0,3 mg/Nm3
Compliance: German equivalency test for all burners incl. waste incinerators, Korean MOE approved 
Measuring range: Dust concentration: 0...1 up to 0...2000 mg/Nm3

- Beta Gauge Particulate Monitor

Description: The F-904's major components are housed in a sturdy cabinet and are easily accessible for periodic inspection and maintenance.  The Model F-904-K Extractive Beta Gauge Particulate Monitor is designed for a wide range of emission monitoring applications.
Applications: Coal and oil fired power plants, waste incinerators (urban, industrial and hazardous waste), waste water sludge incinerators, dust monitoring after wet scrubbers, heavy metal analysis, small diameter stack monitoring, particulate monitoring in process applications (bag houses, etc.); transportable version for mobile applications.

OF-1200 - Soot Monitor (Emission)

Description: The OF-1200 is a Soot Meter, based on sampling of soot particles on a filter tape in a sample gas volume of an emission and measurement of optical reflection.  It has been designed to monitor soot concentrations in light oil fired plants.
