ACF-NT (former Advance Cemas FTIR)
Multi-Component Measuring System for Emission Monitoring and Process Control - The ACF-NT is an inexpensive and forward-looking system for emissions monitoring according to local regulations. It is an analyzer system for complex applications that provides continuous, quantitative and selective measurement of: HCl, HF, H2O, CO, CO2, SO2, NOx, NH3, N2O, O2, TOC, and NMHC
(other gases on request).

ACF-NT system consists of the following components:

Sampling System
h Probe tube, optionally heated, lengths 500 to 2500 mm for process temperature up to
  500C (optional up to 1350C)
h Filtering device, heated to 180C
h Sample gas lines, heated to 180C, length up to 60 m (other lengths and temperature
  on request)
h Protective cover for probe (optional)
h Probe back purge module (on request)
h Automatic injection of test gases at probe for drift check (optional)


Sample Gas Conditioning Unit
h Heated sample gas conditioning block with built-in SS-microporous filter
h Air driven injector pump module
h Oxygen, TOC and Mercury analyzers connection ports
h Connection and automatic switchover for zero and calibration gas supply
h Flow, pressure and temperature sensors

Analyzers
h FTIR spectrometer with heated sample cell

h O2 analyzer (ZrO2 detector, optional)
h TOC analyzer (FID detector, optional)

Control and Display Units
h Display and operator control unit (LCD screen and touch control keyboard built into
  cabinet door)
h Advance Optima system controller
h FTIR system controller
h Control modules for the injector pump, Oxygen and FID analyzers
h Interfaces for Measured values and status signals (analog and digital outputs or
  Modbus)
h Interfaces for Remote operation and diagnostics (Modem or Ethernet)
h Prepared for UPS for uninterrupted power supply of the most important
  subassemblies (optional)
